Shipping Policy

Every ATM Unique Creations cup is handcrafted with love (and a little magic). Because each snowglobe cup is made to order, please allow 3-4 days of production time before your order ships. Once it's on its way, you'll get a tracking number by email. We currently ship within the United States only — and please double-check your shipping address at checkout, since we can't take responsibility for packages lost to an incorrect address.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Per policy because every cup is personalized and made just for you, we can't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started. But if your cup arrives with a defect or shipping damage, tell us within 48 hours of delivery — send photos of the damage and we'll make it right.
