How long does a custom cup order take?
Every cup is made by hand, just for you — so standard production time is 3-4 days before your order ships. During busy seasons (holidays, graduation), it can run a little longer. Once we've reviewed your theme, we'll confirm your "needed-by" date so you're never guessing.
Can I choose my own glitter colors?
Absolutely — that's the fun part! Tell us your preferred colors and glitter types in the customization form. We stock a wide range of holographic, matte, and iridescent glitters, so dream big.
Are the cups dishwasher safe?
Please hand wash only! High heat from a dishwasher can damage the seal and the liquid inside the snow globe walls. Check our Care Instructions page for the full rundown on keeping your cup looking brand new.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the United States only. We're looking into international shipping for our fans abroad — stay tuned!
What cup sizes do you offer?
We typicaly offer 16oz and 24oz acrylic tumblers. Availability can depend on current stock, which you can see in our customization request form.
